Safe and Well visit

A Safe and Well visit is a completely free service offered by Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service to help keep our communities safer in their homes. Their Safe and Well provision is a good will advisory service to members of the public that meet their eligibility criteria.  During a visit they carry out a room by room check to provide you with appropriate advice and support to keep your household safer from the risk of fire.  They might also make recommendations, such as kitchen safety tips, how to improve the use of electrical items etc.  Following their visit they may signpost you to other agencies or services to help you access the appropriate support that might be required.
